Breathwork puts you in the fast lane of life. The very fast lane. You will feel more, think more, release more, learn more and connect more than you would doing anything else, even dancing!
The most important element needed for life, oxygen, will race into your body and push resistance, sadness, fear, anger and pain up and out. Life, love, insight, hope, pleasure and mystery will rush in.
Life is way too short not to live this fully.

This evening is an opportunity to connect deeply to yourself and others through simple exercises. The central practice is nonverbal sitting and eye-gazing while breathing very fully to music for 90 minutes.
You will need to be transparent and trust others. You might experience emotional catharsis, non-ordinary states of consciousness, and a rare unity with others. We welcome everyone with a healthy respect for people and their boundaries.

Tim Anderson, MDiv, is trained in psychotherapy and systemic family therapy and leads very large to small groups of many kinds: Jungian Dreamwork, men's and grief circles, empowerment, governance as well as activist groups. One of his favorite modalities is Breathwork, which he has been facilitating and innovating for over 20 years.
Heike Rodriguez has been leading workshops since 2009, including Paired and Circle Breathwork, Breathworker Training, and Women’s Empowerment. Originally trained in Twelve-Step, Dreamwork and DBT, she curently teaches Female Ejaculation and Transformational Breathwork in Seattle, WA.
